Let go of Anger: Ronovan Writes Weekly Haiku Prompt Challenge #53

ronovan-writes-haiku-challenge-shadow

This week, the prompt words for Ronovan Writes Weekly Haiku Poetry Challenge are MAD and GUIDE.

The example provided by Ronovan:

This mad world’s without,

a light shining in darkness,

to guide me in need.

If you’ve never tried out a haiku before, and you’d like to learn more, click here to read Ronovan’s article on how to write a haiku poem in English form.

Here is my contribution this week:

Thank you for reading and thanks, as always, to Ronovan for providing us with this great opportunity to practice and learn.

Wise words beautifully stated. Great job, Mel! 🙂

I have to say, I always think of Haikus as uplifting–helping me get past the bad stuff in just a few words. Yours does that

Awesome as usual, Mel. Also, very true haiku to live by.

Lovely haiku. For some reason, I feel like a bunch of Beatles songs could be repurposed for a haiku.

All you need is love
to guide you through storm and rain,
Love is all you need.

Beautiful, and very wise words!

Beautiful Melissa! My favorite! ❤
